Casa Di Lusso Care Home in Bridgwater, Somerset prides itself in offering the very best in person-centred care and an unrivalled lifestyle for its residents and has been awaiting on the Care Quality Commission to complete an unannounced inspection to re-grade the home.

After a wait of over 7 years, the team were absolutely delighted with their result of an overall rating of Good as well as being rated Good in the areas of Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led.

The inspection highlighted the strong leadership of the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, a positive culture of learning, regular staff training and robust systems to ensure residents receive safe, effective and person-centred care. Inspectors noted effective medicines management, clear processes for reviewing incidents, and a well-maintained environment with strong risk management in place.

Sareena Modommattathil, the Home Manager for Casa Di Lusso commented “Our dedicated and caring team really do go the extra mile every day to ensure that our lovely residents care needs are met as well as ensuring that they have an enriched lifestyle with lots of variety and choice every day.”
